Ideas for song opening;

We feel that the opening of the song is extremely important; it's the first thing which the audience get to see.

For the song opening, we want to cut to the beat very quickly and use very bold colours. I intend to achieve this by using colourful face paints on Chloe and by editing the footage afterwards in terms of contrast and colour.

I will use a variety of colours on Chloe; for example, purple and grey, yellow and green, blue and pink etc. For each set of colours, we will shoot Chloe lip syncing the song from start to finish to secure enough footage and to make editing easier so we can interlink and cross-over footage. This means that this section of footage will be time consuming and demanding when coming to edit but will be worth the hard work as it will make the opening of the music video appealing to our audience.
